What Happens When You Call
- Tell dispatch exactly where you are and what's wrong with the vehicle. Cross streets and a landmark beat a pin drop that's still loading.
- The driver calls if anything changes on the way, so you're not standing there guessing.
- On arrival, the vehicle gets chained or winched and secured before it ever leaves the ground, then loaded onto the hook or the bed.
- You're told, before the truck pulls away, exactly where the vehicle is headed and how you get it back.
What It Costs, and Getting Your Car Back
Kentucky generally expects a towing company to keep its rates on file and to hand over an itemized statement when a vehicle is released, whether it's coming off the curb or out of storage. Ask for that itemized bill before you pay, and check it line by line.

Are you available for emergency towing?
Most hours, yes, including nights. There's a real quiet window every day from 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM when the phone just isn't staffed. Outside that window, call.
What types of vehicles do you tow?
Cars, motorcycles, classic and luxury vehicles, business fleet vehicles, and abandoned vehicles off private property.
What should I do if I have a flat tire on the road?
Get the vehicle as far onto the shoulder or breakdown lane as you safely can, put your hazards on, and stay away from the traffic side of the car while you wait.
How do I get my car back, and what will it cost?
Kentucky generally expects an itemized statement when a vehicle is released. Ask for that bill before you pay and check it line by line; we don't post a rate here because a rate sheet isn't the same thing as the law, and neither one belongs on a page pretending to be the other.
